Impact & Stories

We measure success by the choices people can make.

To learn, to play, to earn, to save, to lead, and to live by what matters to them. Here is what 18 years of that looks like.

What we look for in a life lived on purpose

  • Clarity about one's values and goals
  • The skills and grit to pursue them
  • More confident decisions
  • Agency over one's own life
  • Stronger relationships
  • Greater well-being and fulfilment
  • Purpose that reaches beyond oneself

These are what we aim for. We will report them as measured results once our assessment tracks them.

How we counted

We count people, not sessions. Where the same schools or groups continued year after year, we used the largest single year. Where each year served new people, we added the years. Campaigns, events and relief (45,000+ participations) are shown separately and not added to the total. For 2022-25, our method gives slightly fewer people than the 7,022 certified by our chartered accountant, so these figures are on the cautious side.

Wider reach: 28,200 Let's Play participations · 4,500 people given COVID relief · 1,600+ flood-affected households helped in 2009 · 2,600+ people supported to claim entitlements · 642 police officers, teachers and partner staff trained.
