Shipping and Exchange Policy

Shipping
Headstreams does not sell or ship any goods through this website. Payments made here are donations, so there is nothing to ship.
- Razorpay emails your payment receipt as soon as your donation goes through.
- Your 80G tax certificate is emailed to you after the end of the financial year, by the date the Income Tax Department sets (currently 31 May).
Orders for products, workshops or Pottery On Wheels are arranged with you directly, and their delivery and payment terms are agreed in writing at the time.
Exchange
As donations are not goods, they cannot be exchanged. If a donation was made by mistake, see our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
